Emerging Christian Educator Program

The RUI Emerging Educator (EE) program is a 12-month postgraduate (4th year) teacher training discipleship course equipping emerging Christian educators with foundational Biblical and pedagogical principles through a hybrid, life-on-life mentorship model. It focuses on integration, innovation, application, and collaboration as beginning educators are transformed into the image of the Master Teacher.

RUI Renewal Gatherings are sub-regional educational hubs operating within 14 strategically identified areas of Uganda, uniting and empowering Christian educators through spiritual renewal, professional development, and collaborative learning to renew the minds and transform the hearts of educators.

Renew University

Renew University ("Renew U") is being developed as a 3-year accredited teacher training university and pedagogical hub to form exceptional Christian educators whose minds are renewed and hearts are transformed by Christ (Romans 12:2). Through a holistic biblical worldview, Renew U will focus on technological integration, future-thinking innovation, competency-based application, and international collaboration.
